Christmas FAQs


We're experiencing a high influx of orders and due to COVID-19 restrictions, there have been some delays with shipping. We estimate that if your order is placed before the December 11, it will give you the best chance of receiving it before Christmas day.

My order hasn’t been dispatched

Due to network-wide delays, our standard dispatch times have been affected. Please allow up to 4 days for your order to be dispatched and a further 5-7 days for shipping.

My tracking hasn’t been updated

Due to the significant increase in orders during the Christmas period, our couriers are not able to provide normal tracking transparency. Your tracking details will now be updated twice, once when dispatched and secondly on the day of delivery.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for any orders placed after December 11.
